There are no rules, feeding, changing, crying, sleeping, anything goes with babies. We hold a relaxed space to help ease your way through these early months of motherhood
One hour class which includes, breathwork, yoga, relaxation and biscuits. These first few months can be a rollercoaster so this class is to hold space for mothers to move and feel connected again in a safe and relaxed environment where anything goes!
