Hello! I'm Jennifer and yoga has been a part of my life for many years.
I began my practice in my early 20s but it wasn't until my early 30s that I really started to understand my love for it.
Completing my 200hr Yoga Alliance teacher training brought my journey into alignment and now I love sharing my passion and yoga’s mysterious beauty with others.
For me yoga brings a deeper connection to myself and the world. It teaches us how to live in balance and harmony in all aspects of life. I hope my classes offer my students the opportunity to discover and enrich their wellbeing both physically and mentally.
Other than my yoga I'm mum to two small children so understand the difficulties of squeezing in time for yourself, but also understand the huge benefits just a small amount of time can bring!
Together with my husband we love being free in nature and you will mostly find us roaming wild up in the Wolds!
