We'll focus on preparation as you journey through into motherhood learning safe positions and breathwork which will help prepare you for and work through labour.
A safe circle of women to share with if you wish and focus on the positive feminine energy, through different activities.
A chance for you to slow down and connect with yourself and your baby.
Suitable for anyone from 12 weeks pregnant.
No yoga experience is necessary and this is just one element of the morning .
