“ These classes are a great balance between meditation/minfulness/relaxation and yoga. You instantly feel relaxed and welcomed as you enter the room as Jen creates a lovely vibe and environment. Each class differs slightly from week to week with varying themes which is so nice. All abilities are made to feel very comfortable and each pose can be adjusted to make it as easy or difficult as you like. Jen is very aware of all abilities and is conscious to cater to all of these. Its an all round lovely class and I would very much recommend.”
